Hello,
I live in France and we have SCPI which seems to looks like REIT in USA:

• a number of share
• the price of the share
• dividend received each month or trimester on a bank account

do you think it can be an account type ?

Why is this feature important?

Handle two informations:

• evolution of the value of shares (share x unit price)
• dividend distribution rate
