Feature Request - Allow CSV import format with Deposit/Withdrawal columns (+/-)

Describe the feature

As of time of writing with version v0.2.0-alpha.1 on a docker compose with latest tag; I do not see a way to accomplish what I am writing about.

Support importing transaction CSV formats with deposit/withdrawal columns and not just a plus or minus amount value.

Why is this feature important?

Many financial institutions create their transactions csv files this way. For example, CIBC in Canada.

I will include an example of raw CSV data that conforms to this format. Two deposits, one withdrawal.
