Feature Request: Rate of Spend Analytics

Describe the feature

1. I would like to be able to see the how my rate of spending in a given period compares to previous periods.

Why is this feature important?

This allows users to understand:

1. If they are likely to stay within an overall budget for a given period.
2. If their financial discipline is improving or not.
