Feature Request: Enhanced Budget Exclusion Options

I'm requesting more refined control over budget calculations within Maybe. Currently, even with a category's budget set to zero, transactions in that category are still included in the overall budget summary, impacting clarity.

Furthermore, I've observed that "One-time Expense" transactions also contribute to budget consumption, which is counter-intuitive for items typically outside regular monthly budgeting.

I propose the following features:

Automatic exclusion for zero-budget categories: If a category's budget is set to zero, it should automatically be excluded from all budget calculations and summaries.

Manual exclusion toggle: Provide an option to manually exclude specific categories from the budget, regardless of their budget amount.

One-time expense exclusion: "One-time Expense" transactions should not count towards regular budget consumption.

Implementing these changes would significantly improve the accuracy and usability of the budgeting feature, providing a clearer financial overview.
