The filter on startdate doesnt appear to be very helpful. Probably as a record manager when limiting your selection to a periode you would use the archiefvernietigingsdatum. Eg you might want to destroy cases for 2020 in 4 batches. You could then use a minimum archiefactiedatum (1-1-2020) and a max archiefactiedatum (31-3-2020) to make a VL for Q1.

This issue should be prioritized again for a next iteration (or be replaced by a new issue). Maybe there are more relevant filters (resultaattype?).

I think maybe instead of this issue and #215 we can make a new meta user story issue (for a future iteration) for defining relevant filters.
