Hide #0000 discriminator from webhooks

Webhooks get a discriminator of #0000 and I think they should be hidden instead, I bridged a GitHub webhook because there's no proper github webhook solution for revolt yet and this is how it looks

It'd be cleaner if the #0000 was not shown
