I need a basic tutorial@

Maybe I don't belong here, but trying to just find a basic tutorial on how to set up and use sidebery led me here. I can usually figure out how to navigate around new setups on my browser, I've done it on many, including a sidebar on Edge, but this app doesn't work intuitively. I DON'T CODE. I just want the basics on how to arrange tab groups, trees, etc., but I can't even get existing tabs to drag and drop into the first group I created. Isn't there a basic tutorial on how to use this app without any coding?
