[Enhancement] In snapshot viewer, "Select all" checkboxes for panels, folders

Description

Situation: you have a window with multiple panels. You want to open just one panel, or just one folder.

Currently you have to select all the tabs one-by-one. Two things could help here:

• new checkbox at panel level to select/unselect all within the panel
• make existing checkbox for folder automatically select/unselect all within the folder
