Tab Tooltip Displays Original Tab Title After Rename

Currently, the original tab title is showing even when the tab is renamed. For example:

This might be a basic thing wherein if the tab is renamed it would show the renamed tab title otherwise the original. It may be related to enhancement request #1171 (would be cool to specify the format of the tooltip such as putting new tab title in parentheses if there, removing the separator and return carriages, displaying other info that is being tracked about tabs such as age, etc.).
