Summary
Add a setting that lets certain panels ignore auto-move rules.
When enabled, any new tab created within that panel should stay there, even if it matches an auto-move condition.
Use Case
Sometimes I create a temporary panel for quick research or investigation.
I don’t want my auto-move rules (like URL regex or container rules) to move tabs out of that panel — but I also don’t want to disable those rules globally.
Proposed Solution
Add a checkbox in panel settings:
☑ Ignore auto-move rules for this panel
Tabs opened from this panel stay within it.
Auto-move continues to work for all other panels.
