currently there are actions to focus the first / last tab in a panel, but there are none that would let you just select the first / last tab in a panel
with them, you could solve a pretty common case: say you are currently focused on a tab somewhere in the middle of the panel, and want to start selecting a bunch of tabs from the absolute bottom of the panel. currently, you'd have to painstakingly hold your “select tab below” hotkey until you get to the bottom, but with these two actions you could skip that dance, and immediately jump to the end!
the two actions of “scroll to the absolute top / bottom” lowkey wouldn't need to exist if these two actions ↑ did
