Programming model broken links

There are broken links for the programming model page:

Links to http://www.m-brace.net/azure/HandsOnTutorial/1-hello-world.html which is 404

This trashes the documentation generation for reference docs:

The starter kit docs are no longer being generated. It looks like they are only being generated for the azure directory.
