Update LifeViewer

https://tools.minecraft.wiki/static/tools/lifeviewer/ still appears to be build 1275, despite build 1276 being released to fix a bug that arose when trying to embed it in the wiki: https://conwaylife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&p=206206#p206206

Ideally the viewer would be updated regularly - perhaps once a day using some automated process that checks for a new release to update to. The link here should remain up to date: https://lazyslug.com/lifeview/plugin/js/release/

How often do you figure will this be updated?

This is variable; checking once a day automatically should suffice. If there's ever a need to update more frequently than this it can be done manually.

Build 1280 has been released which fixes an issue on the wiki in which the viewer embed could be undesirably truncated on phone screens: https://conwaylife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=206779#p206779

Updating lifeviewer.js should preferably be done so we can verify this is fixed.

Build 1299 allows for birth and death statistics to be displayed in labels, which is something I plan on using on the Water page.

Do we not have an auto-update system set up yet?
