McStas-Components: Monitor_nD: "signal=blah" with MPI divides mean value by mpi_node_count

If you tried to plot a variable with the "signal=" option the result is divided by the number of nodes that you use for the simulation.

This is true, see mccode-r.c:mcdetector_import: line 701 and 791 in $Rev 4998$.

@farhi might have a look. A workaround is to let people multiply with mpi_node_count in an EXTEND in a previous comp - a little silly. Or in monitor_nd-lib every slave could multiply by mpi_node_count. Docs are easy to fix....
