The following fields would benefit from dropdowns:

  • learnedOf: Options as follows [GroupChat, Flyer, Family/Friend, Organization, Other]
  • madeAppointment: [Themselves, Assisted]
  • countryOfOrigin: There is probably a library that can provide this

Optional: would be nice if language and learnedOf dropdowns had a text field appear if other was selected
