Overview

Phase 3 of the Skills Repository Improvement Plan - adding missing structural sections to skills.

Scope

Add Missing Overview Sections (18 skills)

Skills lacking a clear Overview/Intent section need 2-3 sentences explaining the skill's purpose.

Add Missing Red Flags Sections (20 skills)

Skills lacking "Red Flags - STOP" sections need the "Thought | Reality" table pattern.

Complete Truncated Skills

• dotnet-healthchecks - finish incomplete sections

Replace Placeholder Content

• Review CVE examples in release-tagging-plan, security-processes

Acceptance Criteria

• All 18 skills with missing Overview sections updated (PR #384 - 16 skills updated with Overview)
• All 20 skills with missing Red Flags sections updated (PR #384 - 21 skills updated with Red Flags)
• dotnet-healthchecks completed (commit ae89bda)
• Placeholder content reviewed and updated (CVE examples already realistic per Phase 2 review)
• npm run lint passes (CI workflow)
• PR created (PR #384)

Phase 3 implementation follows the plan documented at ~/.claude/plans/indexed-snacking-pillow.md.

Implementation Steps

1. Identify skills missing Overview sections (16 found)
2. Identify skills missing Red Flags sections (21 found)
3. Add Overview sections following issue-driven-delivery and skills-first-workflow patterns
4. Add Red Flags - STOP sections with "Thought | Reality" table format
5. Run npm run lint to verify formatting
6. Create PR with evidence links

All 21 skill files updated and passing lint checks.
