Wildcard syntax questions: choosing specific wildcard permutations/combinations

I was wondering if there was a way to manipulate the outputs of wildcards on generation. I have two specific cases in mind.

1. When prompting multiple characters using <wildcard:characters>, is it possible to remove wildcards from the list if they have already been placed in the prompt. In other words, is it possible to not repeat wildcard generations in a prompt.

For example, I have wildcards Tom,Dick,Larry. I want the prompt: <wildcard:characters>,<wildcard:characters>, to output things like Tom, Dick; Larry, Tom. I do not want it to output: Larry, Larry; Tom, Tom; or Dick, Dick

2. When prompting, is it possible to put the same generated wildcard in multiple places.

For example, I have the following prompt: <wildcard:characters> dressed as Abraham Lincoln <segment:face> <wildcard:characters>

I want both <wildcard:characters> to output the same text such as:
Larry dressed as Abraham Lincoln <segment:face> Larry

I am scared of "every sufficiently advanced syntax system evolves into a programming language eventually" syndrome, but... I suppose it can be added.
