Implement native-dns-packet when it's ready for mDNS

There are some issues that is blocking from using https://github.com/tjfontaine/native-dns-packet.
Otherwise it would be superb to use a good, well tested library for such a common thing.

Some blockers are

• Parsing issues with mDNS packets tjfontaine/native-dns-packet#1
• be able to send questions with a mDNS unicast response bit set. tjfontaine/native-dns-packet#4
• Bad Argument exception while parsing some mDNS packets. tjfontaine/native-dns-packet#14
• Enable parsing of answers without question for mDNS tjfontaine/native-dns-packet#15

During the transistion, work has started to extract dns parsing into it's own module with dns-packet compatible output in to the project https://github.com/kmpm/node-mdns-js-packet.

Major karma points for that one...
