If you change the Set under Download to lets say: %t.NR.%T
The last %T is ignored by the info-file. If you then download several movies with the same Topic(%t), there is only one info file containing the info of the last downloaded movie.

Edit:
It has something to do with the "." It works for filenames but not for infofile and subtitles. Now i have to rename every file manually. Please provide a fix. Thank you.

Did you test it with %t.NR.%T.mp4? I assume, that %T is interpreted as an extension in your case. Adding .mp4 may solve the problem.

As @MuenchenSued already wrote you need to provide a proper file extension for your movie otherwise there will be no chance for the program to properly create filenames. This is expected behaviour and not a bug.
