uploading a non functional (old) JSON is not being rejected

when i upload an old JSON i get the prompt "Datendefinition wurde hochgeladen." but nothing happens

@kleinertp This is still a work in progress and is reflected in the linked subissues. Once a CCDL is uploaded, it will be automatically converted into a valid CRTDL (#464). Any invalid data will be detected via a validation endpoint, which is currently under development in the backend (#689), though this process will take some time.
Once this is all implemented a snackbar notifaction with success/error will be shown and in the later case an error log will be avaible to download/see what went wrong (issue will follow)
