Improve displayed terminology titles

Improve the titles of the terminologies in the terminology filter in the criteria search of the portal. Displayed titles like ICD_10_GM should be converted to more presentable titles like ICD-10-GM.

Ideally we should use the CodeSystem FHIR resources themselves as sources of display names. In a first step, the name elements value should be used. If its value does not appear suitable, an alternative display name should be defined manually and loaded instead. Likely candidates are code systems spread over multiple resources such as SNOMED CT (which is split over the international and country-specific instances).

The conversion to upper case and the replacement of - with _ currently happen in the GUI:

To resolve this issue, we should remove this formatting from the GUI and instead apply it directly when generating the terminology_systems.json file in the ontology output.

Also talk with the GUI team about listing additional long description text for each code system containing the long version of the abbreviation or some other description
