When using an item/block that shows a list of available frequencies, allow players to double click on a frequency in the frequency select menu to set that item/block to that frequency without needing to press the set button. Examples include but are not limited to (Portable) QIO Dashboard, Quantum Entangloporter.

Additional context
I've only recently started dabbling into lategame Mekanism and the QIO system. I don't have a backpack-like mod so the Portable QIO Dashboard has been exceptionally helpful in quickly putting stuff away. I have 2 main frequencies that I switch between quite often (my main bulk storage and non-stackable gear/tool/etc) and having use it for some time I think being able to double click to switch frequency would be a nice QoL feature to have.
