Config option to disable Tier Installers on certain blocks

Having a config option to disable Tier Installers on some set of blocks.
For example, being able to disable it for Energy Cubes, bins, tanks, ect... but still having the option to use it on factories.

Additional context

This would mostly be useful for modpackers.

In my case I have different custom recipes for Energy Cubes, Tanks and Factories, Tier Installers currently break those recipes forcing me to get rid of them.

Being able to disable them for everything but factories would at least let me use them for that usage.

I'm working on 1.20.1 so I understand I won't get access to this feature but I believe it would be a nice addition for the latest versions.
