Add uuid as a utility

[gitbuda]

• Incorporate fmt properly (try using the C++ standard functionality)
• Incorporate json library
• Implement uuid functionality (compatible with https://github.com/memgraph/memgraph/blob/master/src/utils/uuid.hpp)
