Add original jinja query and jinja macros in docs

Thank you for the project!

I noticed that opendbt docs page only has SQL tab with rendered SQL. It would be nice to have Jinja tab with the original model code written in jinja and macros it depends on similar to what we have in vanilla dbt docs.
