[Epic] new dbt parser/compiler with native understanding of SQL

Time to add new innovations to dbt which it deserves. time to write new dbt engine with native understanding of SQL using SQLGlot. looking forward to community support and discussion.

Features:

• Parse/compile native sql code and create dependencies without source or ref
• Backward compatibility parse source, ref other macros when used in the SQL

optional:

• simplify remove dbt complexities along the way when possible
