README mentions webextensions folder #1

Maybe the readme needs a fix:
The readme currently mentions a webextensions folder, which does not exist in a blank project (SP 11.0.0). If I create it and place myextension in there, the extension does not appear in SP when I open the project.
Mendix docs suggest to create an extensions folder (instead of webextensions) manually and that seems to be the right way instead.
