`SPC x k C-h` is `undefined`, while `C-x C-k C-h` works

Hi there!

Not much else to add to the title!

• Using Meow’s Keypad state: SPC x k C-h
  → minibuffer message: C-x C-k C-h is undefined
• Typing the chord directly: C-x C-k C-h
  → Embark’s which-key-style help pops up as expected.

Embark's "which-key" alternative is way more ergonomic. On Doom, it's enabled by the vertico module.
