Preferences: Clear cache does not display feedback while being deleted

If a cache is big, it takes some time for the application to clear.

While it is being deleted the application should display something that indicates that the action is being performed. For instance, disabling the Clear Cache button and changing the label of delete cache with  "Deleting cache..."
