The difference in rendering between default and elk for stateDiagram and others is huge. The difference between usable and not.
I have been using mermaid because of the diagram quality I'm able to generate on mermaidchart.com but when it comes time to actually use those charts outside of the live editor, they look like crap because elk isn't supported in any renderer I can find. And if it's available in the javascript, it's not documented anywhere.
Having to export diagrams as images defeats the purpose of diagrams as code.
Can you please update the documentation or consider this an RFE to make mermaid useful outside of the live editor?
