`@iconify/utils` causes type errors when building in strict type mode

Description

I have stated the issue here iconify/iconify#388,

If I use yarn to compile my program, the following error will appear. I see that this problem was not fixed until >antfu/utils#50 @9.2.0

and provided a fixed PR iconify/iconify#389.

He released a beta version, but I think it's not suitable for mermaid use at the moment, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on it, and when @iconify/utils is done with @3.0.0.
you can also use his recommended @iconify/utils@next.
