[Website]Overflowing Hover Text in CNCF Card in /programs page

Description

When hovering over the CNCF card on the program cards section, the full name text overflows or becomes partially hidden, especially if the text is long. This affects readability and UI consistency.

Expected Behavior

The program name (like "Cloud Native Computing Foundation") should remain fully visible and wrapped inside the card on hover, without overflow or clipping issues.
