[Improvement] Mobile Responsiveness Issue on Discussion Forum card-Mailing Lists Section

Description

The "Mailing Lists and Discussion Forum" section on the Subscribe page lacks proper mobile responsiveness. The mailing cards are not stacking vertically on smaller screens, making the layout cramped and harder to interact with on mobile devices.

Expected Behavior

Cards should stack vertically on small screens (e.g., flex-col layout).
Buttons and text should be clearly readable and accessible.
Proper spacing between items (gap, padding).
