Scroll position indicator not visible when switching to light theme

Description

The scroll indicator/pointer is not visible when switching from dark mode to light mode on the Meshery website. The scroll indicator appears properly in dark mode but becomes invisible against the light background in light mode.

Expected Behavior

The scroll indicator becomes invisible in light mode, making it difficult for users to understand their current scroll position on the page. This creates a poor user experience as users lose visual feedback about their scroll position when using light theme.
