Configured ringtone reverts to the default one after reboot

Configured ringtone reverts to default after reboot.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings & Tools
2. Click on Message alert
3. Chose any ringtone other than default and press OK
4. Go to the Home Screen
5. Longpress the bell to disable sound and notifications (silent setting)
6. Go to Settings & Tools
7. Click on Reboot / Shutdown
8. Click on the Reboot button.
9. Check configured ringtone after restart.

Expected behavior:
The configured ringtone reverts to the default one.
