Map Blocked by something

After following many guides on trying to get the map working I realized that this must be an implementation issue or, possibly, a configuration issue. The map tiles are downloaded and are all valid .png files, I verified them my self one by one.
The only thing I get when I try to access the map is the following error:

The way you (mass-) downloaded the OSM map tiles is not in compliance with their license. That's why your download has been blocked and is shown in the tile images.
I suggest installing and using the free/donation tool QGIS Desktop. Or use tiles other than OSM.

Sorry, I am not following. I checked the tile images one by one, for hundreds of them. They are all valid and working.
This error must be coming from the implementation of the map viewer, must it not?

Or do you mean that the map implementation in the UI is checking some internal tag inside the .png files to validate them? That seems like a stretch seeing that this is FOSS.

Here is an example tile.

It is returning that error.

You need to open the same .png file with your explorer as shown in your photo. It's indeed the .png file which contains the access blocked image.

Sorry, I don't think I am explaining this correctly.

All tiles return that error.
Every single tile inside the entire map is returning that error, with no exceptions. No matter if I check maps/osm/8/136/73.png or any other tile in the T-Deck, they all have that error.
But when I view them manually, they all display the tile as expected, like in my example.

That can't be. Impossible. Make 100% sure that you really really viewed the same file in the same directory as would be loaded by the T-Deck. If you have several folders in the maps directory on SD card then the T-Deck lets you choose a style (i.e. directory) to display by long pressing the maps icon and selecting an entry from the drop down box. This maybe your issue.

Interestingly enough. I got a different error when I formatted with exFAT. Then the tiles are just blank at the exact same zoom level with the exact same tiles.

Ok, I think this issue stems from the tiles being too large - possibly. They are not loading what so ever now with exFAT.
Here is an example dataset.

I tested different tiles and they work. But specifically the satellite ones do not load at all.
