Patches: Add ButtonsLedsAndMsgs module + heltec_v3_SeniorNode variant #8588
Description
I attempted to open a PR from my fork but GitHub API returned validation errors (head ref invalid). I created a public temporary repo and pushed the branch, but PR creation still failed. Please find the patch set in this gist and, if convenient, apply them or create the PR on my behalf:

Patch summary:
- Adds a new module ButtonsLedsAndMsgs (button -> mesh text + local LED control, polling debounce, bounded send queue)
- Adds variant variants/esp32s3/heltec_v3_SeniorNode and a PlatformIO env heltec-v3-seniornode
- Small logging and wiring fixes
