Project Sorting and Filtering

I would like to be able to sort and filter the projects data better

sort by:

• stars
• forks
• name

filter by:

• languages (already done)
• name (search bar)

if anyone could help out with name filtering that would be great

we just need a search bar and fusejs

For filtering by language, we might want to use more than just the most used language in the repo, e.g. iqps-go (somewhat of a misnomer) has its backend in Rust, but it appears only when filtered by TypeScript. (It also has some Go in it). One way to do this would be to have hardcoded languages for each repo, another way would be some heuristic to know what languages are used, from the github percent stats.

Github stats sounds good. Any language > some percentage can be included. Maybe 30% threshold?
