Add a section in metal3-docs (if needed) "Custom Resources" under "Cluster-api-provider-metal3" for documentation regarding the custom resources in Cluster API provider Metal3. Under this section, create a page for Metal3Machine and a page for Metal3MachineTemplate.
Add the information from the following to it:
