In the section 3.10.1 A Note on the “Compact” Proof Format (bottom of page 109): "Later on, at step 6, the label @1 is referenced..." I think it should be @4 instead of @1.
Also, in 4.1.3 Basic Syntax (page 114, second paragraph): and is spelled as nd.
