translation.

in the plugin. you can select different translations engines. but you can't pick which language to translate to. I can not find the place for "Choose a language
Enter 控制台> 媒体库> select the media library to be translated > 管理媒体库, and set the preferred download language to the language to be translated, for example: 简体中文."

I can not find this page or section. can someone let me know?
