我理解 /webwxgetmedia 这个接口还是可以用的，但是我用法不对，大佬能给点建议吗
另：我观察content字段中是文件的cdn描述信息，是否也可以尝试直接读取cdn（参考：https://github.com/wechaty/wechaty-puppet-padpro/blob/master/src/manager/cdn-manager.ts#L316）
