Data quality issue for Station ID 07156

Hello, this is probably not exactly the right repository to raise this issue but I don't know which one is...

There seems to be a data quality issue with the Station ID 07156 (Paris). It shows (consistently and exactly) 16 cm of snow on several days in July 2019. Is there a way to retrospectively correct such issues?

I can reproduce this issue. We should investigate where the faulty data is coming from (maybe GHCND?).

Do you want to dig into this? Otherwise, I'll put it on my (long) list of issues 😆
