Deprecate SessionIdentifierAwareInterface for removal in v2.0 #59

Summary
The method getId should be present in SessionInterface instead of in the separate interface SessionIdentifierAwareInterface.
SessionIdentifierAwareInterface needs to be deprecated in 1.x and merged into SessionInterface in 2.0
