see J:344894 PMID:37349952 (traumatic brain injury but there are also existing annotations to cold-induced brain injury J:79183) so I'm inclined to go with a broader MP term.

This would be a new parent to decreased susceptibility to ischemic brain injury (MP:0006059) and increased susceptibility to ischemic brain injury (MP:0003076)
