Show HTML if user is offline (no internet)

app uses a remote URL, and user has no service and no WiFi? No problem at all, your app will still look magnificent: require to displays a offline screen with a "Try again" button.

I mean... it already has the fallback mechanism when network fails or some error interrupt the page load it pushes a toast message for network failure. We had the offline screen option before but it just happened to give a feeling that you're using a web browser and our default style of error page may not match the app layout by default.

Anyway we still have our error page in assets, error.html, just push the page into webview from url_actions in Functions class and don't forget to add some javascript function to call back the previous page on reload.

If anybody else is also interested in this feature I guess it can be reintegrated as a boolean feature in next release.
