Using of Premium Plugin

I have currently download the Version7.1 with premium plugin.
when I use open the apps with my url it open the page with a Plugin Test Playground, all the plugin are working fine.
1) how to disable this Plugin Test Playground.
2) how to activate Biometric Auth. so that whenever the user open the apps it should ask for the auth.
