VOE extractor

Hi, I'm currently integrating MediaFlow Proxy into https://github.com/webstreamr/webstreamr to be able to handle ip-locked hosters.

How is the general situation with extractors here, would you accept PRs to add a couple more? The first one I'm eyeing atm is https://voe.sx/ :)

oh and one more thing. a huge array of extractor implementations in Python exist already in https://github.com/Gujal00/ResolveURL for Kodi. E.g. https://github.com/Gujal00/ResolveURL/blob/master/script.module.resolveurl/lib/resolveurl/plugins/voesx.py

I'm not a Python dev, but I suppose it's not easy to include and wrap an extractor from there somehow and also be able to easily update the dependency?

Also not fully sure how well maintained it is yet tbh. Looking not bad, but mostly the fork of a single person I suppose.

Yeah I and mhdzumair are aware of those repos, there is also https://github.com/Stream4me/addon for instance. Btw he accepts pull request for new extractors
