Add FileMoon extractor

E.g. https://filemoon.sx/e/h0nsuc92lx8p emeds an iframe which includes a p,a,c,k,e,d JS that includes a HLS URL which is IP-locked. With the recent eval solver changes this should now be simple to implement.

The unpacked JS includes a typical jwplayer config like the following

I can go for it soon hopefully if @UrloMythus is not faster again ;)

Just clone the supervideo extractor lol, it works just fine. The code is basically the same

I found a couple now which work the same. Thinking of re-using a single extractor which expects the iframe/embed URL (like supervideo), so getting the embed URL has to be done by the user. Maybe via generic name or by, if possible, making multiple names resolve to the same extractor 🤔 or just using "Supervideo" as user :) any ideas? Would keep things simple here and avoid duplicate code.

On the other hand there is more flexibility if each hoster gets their own name at least. Need to think a bit more about it and and open a PR after the mixdrop fix/refactor was merged.

Although even if they all use packed code they could require different headers like Fastream does. Moreover creating one extractor called packed or whatever could confuse users. Maybe they want to stream something from filemoon but they think it's not supported cause they don't see any filemoon extractor
