Compatability with Valkey

AWS is pushing Valkey as a Redis replacement. The latest version of Sidekiq (v8) supports Valkey 7.2+. Any chance of having sidekiq-unique-jobs support Valkey also?

I think it already supports valkey. At least I use it instead of redis locally.

@mhenrixon That's good to know. I guess before we switch to Valkey, we'd like to know if you'd consider officially supporting it, as Sidekiq now does (that is, adding it to specs and fixing any issues that people encounter using this gem with Valkey). It would be nice, but we're not in a rush to upgrade to Valkey if the things we depend on could possibly break without any support for fixes.

I have no issues with supporting Valkey. I mean, I use it locally and prefer it over Redis.
